I have been very satisfied with the whole experience with Craftsman Exteriors. Kurt did a detailed assessment on my roof, communicating clearly & honestly, educating as to the condition of my roof & emailed me 3 options & quotes to consider. his quote for the full roof replacement was considerably less then the shockingly high quote I received from another roofing company. Once I made my choice, he arranged to come by to get a arrangement signature & pick up a deposit. Because my property has a flat-roof, which is not common for residential construction, he made sure he researched the latest material & applications through his supplier, and gave me a detailed explanation of the process. He & his crew began the job the next morning & completed it in a timely manner, communicating with me whenever necessary on the progress. Within a couple of days of completion, he arranged to come by to show me photos of the completed work, give further explanation, answer any questions and collect the balance of payment. I am happy with the results and lifetime warranty on workmanship, and I like the way Kurt does business. He is professional, personable & gets the job done right!

" Thursday night after spending two days removing our roof shingles and totally exhausted we had a pleasant visitor show up at 9 pm . Our roof was bare, a neighbor saw that it was and realized there was a storm possibly coming. He and his wife came to the door offering their services and saying I can get my equipment and come help put the tar paper up for protection. He arrived with his equipment as well as head lamps his wife found and worked for 2 hours with us to put the tar paper on. He refused any payment and was genuinely concerned that should the forecast ed thunder storm happen we could have some serious water damage and he was just helping a neighbor !!!
